College World Series Takes Over Omaha Airport and Fields.

Eppley Airfield is preparing for a surge in air travel during the College World Series, with over 100,000 expected to fly in and out of Omaha. The airport plans to announce more upgrades soon, while recently completed projects are helping to increase capacity and throughput. The Transportation Security Administration warns fans not to bring souvenir bats through security, as they are considered weapons. Departing passengers during the CWS peak travel time are advised to arrive two hours ahead of their flight.
