Walmart has reached a $45 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit alleging overcharging on certain products, including "rollback" discounted items, such as meats, poultry, seafood, and bagged produce. The company denies the allegations but believes the settlement is in the best interest of both parties. Eligible customers who purchased certain goods between Oct. 19, 2018, and Jan. 19, 2024, may be entitled to cash payments of up to $500 and can file a claim online.
