"Passwordless Login: Dashlane and Google Introduce Passkeys for Secure Sign-In"
Password manager company Dashlane is introducing a new device-based/biometric "Passwordless Login" solution to replace the master password and better protect users' password vaults. The new solution uses a PIN and biometrics like Face ID or fingerprint readers to authenticate and open up users' vaults. Dashlane's Passwordless Login will be available to new users in the "coming months," and for existing customers, the feature will be rolled out "later this year."
