NH Carroll County Special Election Flips to Democrat in Surprise Upset
Democrat Bobbi Boudman won the Carroll County District 7 special election in New Hampshire, defeating Republican Dale Fincher 51% to 47% (2,207 to 2,043 of 4,331 votes) after the seat opened with Glenn Cordelli’s resignation.
