Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 Set for 2025 Multi-Platform Release

Sega has announced that "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2" will be released in 2025 for "the Nintendo Switch family of systems" and other major platforms. Developed by CyberConnect2, the sequel will expand on the original game with a larger roster of over 40 characters, including new additions from the "Entertainment District Arc," "Swordsmith Village Arc," and "Hashira Training Arc." The game will be showcased at Japan's Jump Fest in December 2024.

The game will be available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Developed by CyberConnect2, the game will cover the Entertainment District Arc to the Hashira Training Arc, featuring the nine Hashira as playable characters. A demo will be available at Jump Festa '25, showcasing characters Muichiro Tokito and Mitsuri Kanroji.
