An illness outbreak on the Cunard Cruise Line's Queen Victoria has affected at least 154 people with symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, including 129 passengers and 25 crew members. The cause of the outbreak is currently unknown, and the ship is scheduled to dock in Honolulu on Feb. 12. The cruise line has implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures, isolation of ill individuals, and informing passengers and crew about the situation. The CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program is monitoring the situation, and Cunard Cruise Line has confirmed the illness outbreak and activated their health and safety protocols.
