
Rally Driver Craig Breen Dies in Testing Accident at 33.
Irish rally driver Craig Breen has died after an accident during a pre-event test ahead of next week’s Croatia Rally. Breen, who had made 82 starts in the World Rally Championship, was 33 years old and had finished second in his last race at Rally Sweden in February. His co-driver James Fulton was unharmed in the accident. Hyundai Motorsport sent its condolences to Breen’s family and friends, while the Irish motorsport community and the World Rally Championship expressed their shock and sadness at the news.
