CoxHealth, a healthcare provider, has disclosed a significant data breach that may have impacted over 203,000 patients through a third-party vendor, IntelliHartx LLC (ITx). The hackers targeted ITx's file transfer software, compromising sensitive patient information, including names, addresses, dates of birth, and social security numbers. ITx is offering free credit monitoring services for one year to affected individuals through Experian Identity Works.
