Grown in New South Wales by the Costa Group, the Eterna variety fruit is known for its large size, crisp texture, and long shelf life. The previous record was held by a 16.20-gram berry grown in Western Australia in 2020. Other notable fruits in the Guinness World Records include a strawberry weighing 289 grams and a grapefruit that broke records for being the heaviest and largest.
