
"Multiple Cooling Stations Open Across Fort Wayne and Polk County to Combat Heat Wave"
The City of Fort Wayne in Indiana has announced the locations of three cooling stations that will be available to the public on Wednesday and Thursday as high temperatures are expected to hit the area. The stations will be at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, Weisser Park Youth Center, and the Salvation Army. Additionally, the Rescue Mission has an indoor shelter open daily regardless of outdoor temperatures.
