Overwatch 2's new hero, Lifeweaver, will receive a control rework in an upcoming patch, according to Game Director Aaron Keller. The changes will include tying Thorn Valley to alt fire, replacing Dash with Petal Platform on Ability 1, and moving Dash to a double jump. The balance updates are still being considered and will be shared later in the week by Lead Hero Designer Alec Dawson. It is unclear if these changes will delay Lifeweaver's release in ranked play.
