"Twitch's Updated Policy Embraces Artistic Nudity, Loosens Restrictions on Sexual Content"

Twitch has updated its policies to allow "artistic" depictions of nudity, including fully exposed female-presenting breasts and/or genitals or buttocks, if appropriately labeled as containing sexual themes. However, fictionalized sexual acts or masturbation remain prohibited. The changes come after receiving feedback from streamers that the previous policies were confusing. Twitch's Content Classification Labels (CCL) will be used to accurately label sexual content, and failure to do so may result in warnings and the application of the correct label by Twitch.
