'Fixer to Fabulous' Stars Face Lawsuit Over Home Build
A lawsuit filed by Matthew and Sarah McGrath against HGTV stars Dave and Jenny Marrs' companies, Jupiter Rentals and Marrs Construction, alleges numerous defects and contract breaches in a home built for them. The McGraths claim the companies failed to complete agreed-upon repairs and caused additional damage. Court filings reveal extensive structural issues and code violations, with repair costs estimated at over $86,000. A pretrial hearing is set for September 5, with a jury trial scheduled for September 23.
