New Details Emerge in Lawsuit Against HGTV's 'Fixer to Fabulous' Stars

A lawsuit filed by Matthew and Sarah McGrath against HGTV stars Dave and Jenny Marrs' companies, Jupiter Rentals and Marrs Construction, alleges numerous defects and contract breaches in a home built for them. The McGraths claim they paid over $10,000 for upgrades and found additional defects after taking possession. Despite court-ordered mediation attempts, no settlement has been reached. A pretrial hearing is set for September 5, with a jury trial scheduled for September 23. This is not the first lawsuit against the Marrs' construction companies.
