Fort Hood officially renamed in honor of first Hispanic 4-star general.

The Pentagon has officially renamed Fort Hood to Fort Cavazos, in honor of the first Hispanic four-star general, Richard E. Cavazos, who served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars.
