Chicago's Juneteenth celebration marred by violence and tragedy.

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting that took place after the Juneteenth festival in Milwaukee. The 19-year-old man arrested was among the six teens injured during the shooting. Milwaukee police Chief Jeffrey Norman praised his officers' response to the shooting and gave credit to community groups that helped as well, including ComForce MKE. Vaun Mayes, founder of ComForce MKE, said his team was at the Juneteenth celebrations breaking up fights for hours before the shots rang out.
