"US Air Force Takes Action Against Pentagon Leak Suspect and Personnel Involved"

The internal investigation found that officials in Teixeira's unit failed to take proper action after becoming aware of his unauthorized access to intelligence. The commander's removal was for cause, indicating a loss of confidence in his duties. The investigation resulted in disciplinary actions against 15 individuals, including both enlisted members and officers. Teixeira pleaded not guilty to federal felony charges and is accused of sharing classified documents on a social media platform.
