
Concacaf Unveils New Men's Continental Club Competition: Concacaf Champions Cup.
Concacaf has launched the Concacaf Champions Cup, which will replace the Champions League as the premier men's continental tournament beginning in 2024. The new expanded tournament will include 27 clubs and 51 matches, with the champion earning over $5 million in prize money and distributions. The competition will be played in a direct elimination knockout stage format and will be composed of five rounds. The new Concacaf club ecosystem will also include three Concacaf-sanctioned regional cup competitions that will help to further grow and elevate clubs and leagues in Concacaf.
