"NYC Basks in Sunshine After 11-Day Cloudy Streak"
New York City finally saw clear, sunny skies after an 11-day streak of cloudy weather, with the National Weather Service predicting the pleasant weather to continue into next week. The city experienced overcast conditions with little rainfall since Jan. 22, but the clouds gave way to sunshine on Saturday. Higher-than-normal temperatures are also expected to persist, with highs in the low 40s. New York had more overcast days than Seattle in January, and Buffalo experienced overcast or partly cloudy skies every day of the month.
