Hundreds of cleanup workers from across the country and abroad have been brought to Montpelier to help restore the city after recent flooding. These workers, hailing from countries such as Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador, travel from disaster to disaster, staying on a job for about a month or a month-and-a-half.
