
Three activists freed after St. Paul church protest
Three activists arrested during a protest at Cities Church in St. Paul, where the church’s pastor also leads a local ICE field office, were released Friday after being charged with conspiring to interfere with constitutionally protected rights; Nekima Levy Armstrong, Chauntyll Louisa Allen, and William Kelly faced federal civil rights charges and were ordered to remain in Minnesota, stay off the church’s property, and avoid contact with any witnesses, with protest chants such as 'ICE out' and 'justice for Renee Good.'
