"Haitian Migrant Charged with Heinous Rape of Disabled Teen in Massachusetts"
The Department of Homeland Security has condemned the alleged rape of a disabled 15-year-old girl by a Haitian migrant, who entered the U.S. through President Biden’s CHNV parole program. The program allows individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to fly into the U.S. and be granted two years of humanitarian parole. The accused, Cory Alvarez, is charged with aggravated rape of a child and is being held without bail after allegedly assaulting the teen at a Massachusetts hotel housing migrants. DHS stated that the alleged crime is "heinous" and individuals should be held responsible to the fullest extent under the law.
