Pakistan's PM urges global financial reform for IMF loan approval.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged the world to "course correct" by rethinking the global financial architecture, calling for solidarity and compassion. He was attending the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact in Paris, hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron, which aims to improve the lending system for developing countries. Shehbaz also held an in-person meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang to discuss the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and bilateral economic cooperation. He also met with the Islamic Development Bank President to discuss new avenues for collaboration and progress on various projects.
