Tyson Foods is recalling nearly 30,000 pounds of fully cooked, breaded, shaped chicken patties due to potential contamination with metal pieces. Consumers have reported finding small metal pieces in the product, prompting the recall. The affected chicken patties were produced on September 5 and distributed to several states. There has been one reported minor oral injury associated with the product. Consumers are advised to discard or return the affected chicken patties.
