Millennia Revamps Cleveland Centennial Project, Plans Fall Construction Start.
Millennia Cos has reworked its plans for the Centennial project in downtown Cleveland, reducing the number of workforce housing units from 860 to 413 and adding market-rate apartments, a 170-room Curio by Hilton hotel, and more office space. The $476m-$500m mixed-use development will also include a high-end restaurant, a museum space, rooftop event spaces, and retail. Millennia aims to close on financing and begin renovating the 1.36 million-square-foot property in late summer or early fall, with construction expected to take three years.
