Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen appointed Carolyn Bosn as the new state senator to replace Suzanne Geist, who resigned to focus on her mayoral race. Nebraska's Accountability and Disclosure Commission informed Senator Machaela Cavanaugh it can't act on the Governor's transparency.
