Double Homicide: Caretaker Charged with Killing Grandmother and Another Victim in Maine
A woman from Denmark, Maine, has been accused of murdering her grandmother and partner. Sheriff's deputies discovered the bodies of the victims, who had been stabbed multiple times in the chest, at their home. The suspect, Tzara Jones, was taken to a hospital for mental health evaluation before being charged with two counts of murder. Court documents revealed that Jones claimed her partner was out hunting, but police later discovered he was wheelchair-bound. A family member stated that Jones had expressed frustration with caring for both victims but refused assistance. Jones is scheduled to appear in court via Zoom.
