Cameron Mitchell announces name and details for new downtown steakhouse.
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will open a new steakhouse concept called Butcher & Rose in downtown Columbus next summer, marking the restaurant's first entry back into the steakhouse arena after selling nearby Mitchell's Steakhouse in 2008. The restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the redeveloped Preston Centre and will have a capacity of 250 guests, offering a full bar, private dining rooms, and outdoor patio seating.
