Rochester hit by series of smash-and-grabs, police investigate.

Rochester Police Department is investigating three smash-and-grab incidents that occurred at different businesses overnight. A stolen Kia was found partially inside Montage Music Hall, the front entrance of Plug Smoke Shop was heavily damaged, and the garage bay door of H & S Motors was breached by a vehicle. The police suspect that all three incidents may be connected and are asking anyone with information to call 911.
