The Cleveland Browns have unveiled their new "dawg" logo, which features a bullmastiff and was designed by Houston Mark. The logo will be prominently displayed on future merchandise and other team uses. The Browns' canine logo can be traced back to defensive back Hanford Dixon, who dubbed himself and his defensive teammates as "dawgs" in 1985.
Sean Lowe and Catherine Lowe rehomed their Bullmastiff, Gus, after he bit their 6-year-old son Samuel on the side of the head, resulting in a trip to the emergency room and a staple in the head. The former "Bachelor" star explained that he had to protect his kids first and gave Gus away to a great home with his dog trainer. Sean and Catherine had previously taken precautions after Gus "snapped at/bit" their daughter Mia, 3, but couldn't ignore his repeated "lapses in judgment." While Samuel is now fully healed, Sean has no immediate plans for a new dog and feels like he would be cheating on Gus if they adopted another pet.
