High-profile brothels generated staggering profits from political and military clientele, prosecutors reveal
Three individuals charged with running brothels in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C., allegedly hosting high-profile clientele, including political and military leaders, made over a million dollars from the operation. The defendants kept meticulous records of the operation, and two of the alleged ringleader's bank accounts brought in $965,000 in mostly cash. The brothels were housed in high-end apartments and catered to a variety of professionals, including politicians, doctors, military officers, and business executives. The defendants face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
