Biglaw Firm's New Managing Partner Tackles Mass Attorney Defection and Lateral Moves.
Gregory Katz has been unanimously elected as the new managing partner of Lewis Brisbois following the departure of over 130 attorneys from the firm's employment practice. Katz, who currently serves as the firm's vice chair, managing partner of its New York office, and co-chair of its general liability and transportation practices, will lead the firm into the future after the decision made by Bob Lewis, the firm's co-founder and longtime chair, to step away from leading the firm.
