Vitalik Buterin Sends First Hidden Message on Polygon's zkEVM Mainnet Beta Launch
Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin sent the first transaction on Polygon's new zkEVM network, including a hidden message in hex code and setting the gas limit to 69,042. Polygon's zkEVM network pairs zero-knowledge rollups with full compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine, making it a native complement to Ethereum and a potential "holy grail" of blockchain scaling. Other zkEVM networks are in development, including rival zkSync which launched its own mainnet last week.
