The first edition of the Michelin Guide Colorado has awarded nine restaurants near Denver with the Bib Gourmand award, recognizing their high-quality and affordable dining experiences. The selected restaurants offer a diverse range of cuisines, including Texas-style barbecue, contemporary Israeli dishes, wood-fired pizza, authentic Asian street food, ramen, Chinese cuisine, Mexican-style stew, Latin American dishes, and classic Italian fare. The full list of Bib Gourmand restaurants will be available online after the Michelin Guide Ceremony in Denver.
