Intel's Next-Gen Laptop CPUs: Arrow Lake-HX and Meteor Lake
Intel's test and validation tool for its upcoming Arrow Lake-HX enthusiast-grade laptop CPUs has been spotted. The tool has a BGA 2114 design and is expected to accommodate more chiplets and hardware than the Raptor Lake-HX BGA package. Previous rumors suggest that the Arrow Lake-S Desktop CPUs will include up to 24 cores and 32 threads, and the same core configuration is expected for the mobility variants. Intel plans to launch both Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake CPU families in 2024.
