Beverly Johnson's Struggle with Racism and Cocaine in Modeling Industry
Beverly Johnson, the first Black model on the cover of Vogue, revealed that a hotel drained the pool after she swam in it back in the '80s, a racist incident she only found out about years later. She also discussed other instances of racism in the modeling world and shared how fellow model Lauren Hutton supported her. Johnson is promoting her new one-woman show titled "Beverly Johnson In Vogue."
