The problem of finding a good protective case for foldable phones has been solved, as evidenced by Google's new Pixel Fold. While early cases for foldable phones were expensive and didn't provide full coverage, Samsung has made strides with its Galaxy Z Fold and Flip models. Google's first-party case for the Pixel Fold is grippy, minimally adhesive, and has a snug fit that doesn't add too much bulk to the device. While some foldable cases still have issues, they are getting better with time.
