Jason Brzuszkiewicz, 49, drove his vehicle around a closed beach access gate in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and into the ocean, ignoring warnings and failing to pay the toll fee. When confronted by deputies, he stated that he wanted to drive on the beach. Brzuszkiewicz was arrested and faces charges for failing to pay the access fee, with a bond set at $200, and his vehicle was towed. It was later revealed that his last known address was in Bridgeport, New York, not Florida.
