The Creve Coeur City Council has unanimously approved the redevelopment of the former Bayer campus into a mixed-use "village" called Olia Village. The plan includes apartments, townhomes, retail space, hotels, office buildings, and other commercial facilities on 96 acres of land. The approval came after last-minute changes were negotiated between the developers and residents, including additional tree buffers and reductions in building height and scale. The project aims to create a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development and meet long-term planning goals.
