Tropical Storm Norma is moving into mainland Mexico, bringing threats of flash flooding and heavy rainfall. Meanwhile, Hurricane Tammy made landfall in Barbuda. Norma, once a Category 4 hurricane, weakened to a tropical storm as it crossed the Baja California Peninsula. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reported no loss of life from the storm.
