Microsoft is testing a background removal tool in Paint, which allows users to remove an image's background with a single click. The feature is currently being rolled out to Windows Insiders in the Canary and Dev Channels. This addition would make Paint more useful as users currently have to rely on third-party apps for background removal. Microsoft is also reportedly testing a text-to-image generator within Paint.
