Furuya Yamato, a former corporate advertising worker from Japan, left his career behind and moved to Mexico to challenge himself and learn how to make authentic Mexican street tacos. After mastering the art of taco-making, he returned to Japan and opened his own food truck, Tacos 3hermanos, in Tokyo. Yamato's mission is to introduce the flavors of Mexico to the locals and forge connections through food. He sources ingredients from Mexico and serves a straightforward menu of traditional street tacos. Despite facing challenges, including a recent accident, Yamato's passion for making tacos and sharing them with others remains unwavering.
