UConn's Aubrey Griffin Sidelined for Season with ACL Tear
UConn forward Aubrey Griffin will miss the rest of the 2023-24 season due to a torn ACL in her left knee, becoming the fourth player on the team to suffer a season-ending injury. The Huskies are now left with just nine players, including three forwards, for upcoming games. Griffin, a fifth-year senior, was averaging 9.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game and may opt to use a fifth year of eligibility to play another season at UConn following her recovery.
