Alabama defeated Northwestern 2-1 in the second game of the Super Regional series, forcing a decisive game three for a spot in the Women's College World Series. Ashley Prange's go-ahead RBI single in the seventh inning gave Alabama the lead. This is the third time in program history that Alabama has lost the opening game of a Super Regional series and rallied to take game two. The decisive game three will take place on Sunday.
