Nebraska Grinds Out Ugly Win, Sweeps Northwestern in Rematch
No. 7 Nebraska survived a sloppy start and high turnover game to beat Northwestern 68-49, completing the home-and-home sweep. Pryce Sandfort led with 29 points, aided by Sam Hoiberg and Jacobsen, as the Huskers outrebounded the Wildcats 40-24 and turned looser possessions into 17 second-chance points to pull away in the second half and improve to 22-3 (11-3 Big Ten) before a Tuesday trip to Iowa.
