Multiple Kidnapping Attempts Foiled in New Jersey

A 29-year-old man, identified as Raquan Folk, has been charged with kidnapping, luring, and endangering the welfare of a child via sexual conduct after he allegedly convinced an 11-year-old girl to get inside his car in Asbury Park, New Jersey. He then drove to Neptune Township, where he told the victim to take off her clothes. The girl asked to use a bathroom at a service station, and after Folk stopped, she ran away and flagged down a passerby who took her to the police. Folk was later arrested without incident.
