The suspects allegedly tied her up, threatened her with a gun, and forced her into a car. The victim was pistol-whipped, duct-taped, and ultimately placed in a dog cage inside a shed. The suspects wanted her address due to a potential stolen item. The suspects are facing charges of armed kidnapping and false imprisonment with a weapon.
Police are in a standoff with a barricaded person who is believed to be armed in an Auburn neighborhood. The person is threatening to harm themselves and police are negotiating with them. Residents within a one-half-mile radius have been asked to shelter in place. Rocklin and Roseville police have negotiation teams out to try to talk to the person and get them mental health services. All residents who were in the home are out.
The Delaware State Police are responding to a barricaded armed subject at Compass at the Grove Apartments in Newark. As a precautionary measure, affected residences in the area have been evacuated and all entrances into the apartment complex have been closed. Further details are yet to be released.

At least a dozen armed robberies have targeted US Postal Service mail carriers in Chicago between March 2 and April 5. The suspects, believed to be Black men between the ages of 15 and 25, threatened the carriers to hand over their postal keys and in one case, stole the carrier's vehicle. The Chicago Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects.
A group of three-to-four armed individuals committed eleven robberies across seven Chicago neighborhoods early Saturday morning. The suspects, described as Black males between 18-22 years old, approached victims in the street and demanded their property by threatening force before fleeing in a waiting vehicle. The Chicago Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward.
