The property, bought by West in 2021 for $57.25 million, lacks architectural finishes, an HVAC system, electricity, doors, windows, and plumbing. It will require a significant cash infusion to make it habitable. The house, designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, holds architectural value despite its unfinished state. In September, a contractor and caretaker sued West for unpaid wages and wrongful termination.
