Kanye West's Gutted Malibu Mansion Listed for $53 Million

Kanye West is selling his beachfront Malibu property for $53 million, $4 million less than what he paid in 2021. However, the house is missing doors, windows, plumbing, and electric due to an unfinished "gut renovation." The 4,000-square-foot home, designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, requires several million dollars to complete. Despite its current condition, the house is being marketed as a "blank canvas" with architectural value intact. The unique property features Ando's signature smooth concrete, 200 tons of steel, and three stories with ocean-facing windows. West faced previous legal issues with a contractor who alleged mistreatment and safety concerns.
