Kevin Asencio, a 23-year-old man from Minnesota, has been charged with second-degree murder for shooting and killing 20-year-old Adrian Montano Medina, whom he suspected of having an affair with his wife. Asencio retrieved an AR-15 rifle from his apartment and shot Medina three times in the parking lot of their workplace. Asencio's wife and Medina were both employees of the store. Asencio is currently in custody.
